On February 7, 2017, the Eastern District of the Missouri Court of Appeals handed down its decision in
Pitt v. Leonberger, No. ED103723 (Mo. App. E.D. Feb. 7, 2017). The decision permitted the nullification of a Criminal Act Exclusion by a Section 537.065 agreement. It is also important as the first reported Missouri appellate decision following the Missouri Supreme Court's decision in
Allen v. Bryers, No. SC95358 (Mo. banc Dec. 20, 2016).
