The Missouri Supreme Court announced this morning the death of the Honorable Richard B. Teitelman, a longstanding judge of the Missouri Supreme Court. Brown & James extends the firm’s deepest sympathy to Judge Teitelman’s family, friends, and colleagues.

SUPREME COURT OF MISSOURI MOURNS LOSS OF ITS COLLEAGUE, JUDGE RICHARD B. TEITELMAN

JEFFERSON CITY, Mo. -- It is with great sadness that the Supreme Court of Missouri acknowledges the passing of its beloved colleague, Judge Richard B. Teitelman, who began his service on the state's high court in March 2002 and served as its chief justice from July 2011 through June 2013. He was 69. In honor of Judge Teitelman, the Court has cancelled oral arguments scheduled for today (November 29, 2016). Arrangements are pending.
