Robert L. Brady concentrates his practice in the area of first-party insurance coverage, with a special emphasis on arson/fraud claims. For nearly two decades, he has routinely guided insurance carriers through all phases of first-party claim investigations. He has conducted hundreds of examinations under oath.  His primary goal is to ensure that his insurance clients conduct objective and thorough claim investigations. Mr. Brady understands carriers must obtain and analyze all potentially relevant information before making claim decisions.

In addition to his work with carriers during the claim stage, Mr. Brady is known as one of the leading trial lawyers in the area of first-party property insurance. He has successfully defended his insurance clients in front of judges and juries throughout Missouri and Illinois (see a partial listing of Mr. Brady's representative cases below).

Mr. Brady is a frequent lecturer to IASIU, NSPII, and other industry organizations on the proper investigation and handling of first-party claims involving potential arson/fraud. He is well-known for his knowledge and use of cutting-edge investigative tools, such as analysis of cell phone tower data, metadata, and effective utilization of social networks.
