Brown & James Principal Joseph R. Swift Invited to Join Council on Litigation Management

Joseph R. Swift, principal and shareholder with Brown & James, P.C., has been invited to join the prestigious Council on Litigation Management. The Council is a nonpartisan alliance comprised of attorneys, insurance companies, corporations, litigation and risk managers, and claims professionals. Selected attorneys and law firms are extended membership by invitation-only based on nominations from CLM Fellows.

Through education and collaboration the organization’s goals are to create a common interest in the representation by firms of companies, and to promote and further the highest standards of litigation management in pursuit of client defense.

Swift is a veteran trial attorney who has spent his entire 23-year career with Brown & James and practices in the firm’s Insurance Law, Premises & Retail Liability, Product Liability and Transportation practice areas. He holds a J.D. from Creighton University and B.A. from Luther College.
