Joseph R. Swift is scheduled to speak at the ALFA International Client Seminar in Palm Desert, California, on March 12-14, 2010. The educational component of this year's seminar is Product Liability, and Mr. Swift is moderating a panel discussion of international product recalls.
Robert W. Cockerham has been invited to speak at the annual Property Loss Research Bureau (PLRB) 2010 Claims Conference and Insurance Services Expo on March 21-24, 2010, in San Antonio, Texas. Mr. Cockerham’s presentation is entitled “Learning Objectives – Coverage and Adjustment Issues for the Ponzi Schemes, Investment Fraud & Financial Mismanagement Issues in Coverage and Adjustment.”
Russ Watters and Tim Wolf, Principals at Brown & James, P.C., have been selected to speak at the 2010 Annual Conference of the Council on Litigation Management (CLM). They are slated to speak on the topic "Class Actions: Plaintiffs' Attorneys' Dream, Insurance Carriers' Nightmare."
