After obtaining his undergraduate degree in finance, Mr. Young began his career with a regional bank performing loan documentation review. He then decided to attend law school, focusing on becoming a trial attorney. While in law school, Mr. Young obtained a 711 license which enabled him to prosecute cases as an Assistant State’s Attorney for the city of Fairview Heights, Illinois.

Practicing in the firm’s Belleville, Illinois, office, Mr. Young represents clients in a variety of cases including premises liability, products liability, negligence, breach of contract, first-party insurance claims, toxic torts, §1983 civil rights complaints, and subrogation, in both state and federal courts. Through working with this diverse range of cases, he has obtained the experience necessary to defend a wide range of lawsuits. This knowledge is essential to developing successful case strategies, and has resulted in numerous favorable dispositions for his clients.
