Ms. Marusic practices in the firm's St. Louis office and concentrates in the area of premises liability, product liability, insurance law and arson-fraud litigation. She has represented premises liability clients ranging from local stores to national chains. She has successfully defended these entities in cases involving catastrophic injuries and has tried a number of lawsuits to successful conclusion. She has frequently lectured on the topic of the importance of a meticulous medical review of all plaintiff records to determine what, if any, alleged injuries are related to the claim.
Ms. Marusic donates much of her time to St. Joseph’s Church, a Croatian church in St. Louis that seeks to maintain and preserve the cultural heritage of the large Croatian community residing in the St. Louis area. She serves on boards and acts as chairperson for major fund raising events throughout the year, and is bilingual in both Croatian and Bosnian languages.
