Mr. Childs has been with Brown & James since 1989 and practices in the firm's Kansas City office. He has successfully tried over 100 jury trials as lead counsel in a wide variety of cases including professional liability, commercial litigation and personal injury. He also successfully represents clients in mediation, arbitration and in administrative hearings. He is committed to the firm's principle of excellence in advocacy. As a result, he has consistently won high marks from the firm's clients.

Mr. Childs has also been a lecturer for numerous Continuing Legal Education seminars as well as client seminars, and he has authored related materials presented to other lawyers and clients.
